Best Cold Brew Coffee Batch

1. Ensure you are using coarse-ground coffee beans, such as those from Peet's Coffee.
2. In a glass pitcher with a metal steeping filter, combine 1/3 pound of coarse coffee grounds, 7 cups of water, and a pinch of salt.
3. Cover the pitcher with a lid and let it steep in the fridge for 28 hours.

(Optional: For best results, consider filtering or boiling your water before use, though the author omitted this step.)
